Well, Nick schermer sent to the mailing list, the new dates of the Roadmap and if everything goes well, we will have Xfce 4.10 el April 28 this year. As he comments in his email, there should be no reason for further delays, as the translation team should not take long to do their work and for their part, they only have to work a little xfce4-power-manager y xfce4-session.
So now you know, waiting a little longer will surely be worth it.
