Become a zombie hunter with Chaotic Rage

Who has not seen The Walking Dead? or simply who has not been related to the trend of zombie apocalypse?, for all lovers of this series and all this movement of the living deaths, we bring you a great game for Linux where you become a zombie hunter having fun in different settings, with different weapons and many objectives.

This great game called chaotic rage, that we can enjoy in our favorite distro, it needs us to have installed OpenGL 3.0, so if your computer does not have support for it, unfortunately you will not be able to make it work.

What is Chaotic Rage?

It is an excellent open source game, written in c ++ and lua by the Australian Josh Heidenreich, in shooter mode, which allows us to hunt and shoot Zombies, this rare but fun game works on Linux, Windows and Android.

This game presents fairly simple graphics, with an engaging and fun gameplay, as well as several features:

How to install Chaotic Rage?

Install Chaotic Rage for any distro from source code

We must download the source code of Chaotic Rage Source, once installed, we must perform the following commands:

$ tar xjf chaoticrage-linux-1.14.tar.bz2
$ cd chaoticrage-linux-1.14
$ ./configure
$ make
$ sudo make install

Install Chaotic Rage on Debian Jessie

Debian Jessie and derivative users can download the following .deb and install them with your favorite package manager.

Becoming a zombie hunter

Now we can become a zombie hunter through chaotic rage, once installed we can start enjoying a game with quite simple graphics (that could really improve a little), but with a pretty funny plot.
