I just went up to Kde-Look another topic for decorator called ElementOS_Graphite Well, to create it I used (or have I been inspired) on the buttons OS X y Elementary OS.
The installation steps are the same as we saw in this article and we can download this theme from the following link:

XFCE user lately I am using KDE.

Thank you for the comment. In fact I made them smaller, but when I use them on large monitors I hardly see them xDDDD Well, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but seriously, they look very small. I will have to make a version for Netbook.
