Because the boys of Xfce they will not carry gtk3 the version 4.12 of this Desktop Environment, Simon Steinbeiss, the creator of the theme greybird, has decided to make some changes to the appearance of it, and work only on gtk2.
The official announcement was made in the blog of Xubuntu and from what is seen in the images, things look good. Look how it looks on my computer:
I love how he looks Breadcrumb de Thunar, and now the menus are simpler and more beautiful. The only thing that I could not find is the image for the panel .. Anyway, if you want to give a taste of how things are going, you just have to download this file.
The theme is very good, anyway I really liked the Victory theme, which you talked about on another occasion and I am using it in openbox
I haven't stopped using ZukiTwo for a long time, but I really like these new changes to GreyBird.
Too bad I don't use thunar in XFCE xD
What manager do you use instead of Thunar, is it compatible with the folder icon in the panel (I don't know what the icon is called)?
It is well armed, but personally, the color tone is not to my liking….
It looks very nice and I tried it but still I prefer the "Orion" theme since I feel that it integrates much better and is more beautiful or I just got used to it 🙂
I switch to KDE and they update my favorite Xfce theme ... that's bad luck xD
this theme and blue-bird are fine
